On iPhone, if you upgrade, the change is immediate and Apple takes into account what was left of your previous plan; if you downgrade, you keep your current plan until the paid period ends, and the new price starts then. On Android, the change is immediate whether you upgrade or downgrade, and Google Play credits what was left of your previous plan.

Yes, annual billing is 17% off: Pro €189/year, Studio €389/year and Enterprise €789/year, which works out to €16, €32 and €66 per month.

When you reach the 8 consultations of the month, you can still view previous results and manage clients, but you won't be able to generate new consultations until your usage comes back on your monthly cycle date. The 25 chat messages have their own counter. You can also upgrade to Pro anytime.

Every color formula, cut plan or color-and-cut plan the AI delivers to you. It doesn't matter which one: they all count the same against the same counter. If the AI fails, it doesn't count. Chat is separate, with its own message counter. Your plan adapts to your day.
