Color Touch uses Wella's slash notation: 9/16 = level 9, ash reflect (1) with violet nuance (6).
- Level (1-10): color depth.
- Reflect: /0 natural, /1 ash, /3 gold, /4 red, /5 mahogany, /6 violet, /7 brown.
- Watch the /4: Wella's global key calls it red (/4 Red), while the Spanish Koleston Perfect chart names it cobrizo (copper). Read the number, not the translated name.
- Special families: Rich Naturals (pearl bases), Deep Browns, Vibrant Reds, and Relights (/00 for highlights).
Same numbering as Koleston Perfect, but different chemistry: Color Touch only deposits. A Color Touch 7/1 over a level 5 base will not raise the level: it tones the base that is already there.
